Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for an AI Automation Expert. The AI Automation Expert will design, develop, and implement automation workflows that streamline business processes and integrate AI-driven tools into existing systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing current processes, identifying automation opportunities, configuring and maintaining automation platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves monitoring performance, performing troubleshooting, and continuously improving automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of Experience in Ai automation
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Automation for designing and optimizing workflows.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues in automation and AI systems.
• Candidates should possess experience with Test Cases and Quality Assurance to validate, maintain, and improve automation reliability.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with AI tools, scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python), and integration of APIs.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience with RPA platforms, AI workflow tools, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) will be considered an advantage.
