Kod is seeking a highly skilled and creative AI Video Creator & Editor to join the team on-site. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic vision to conceptualize, generate, and edit high-quality AI-generated video content. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with advanced AI video generation tools and professional editing software. A strong focus on photorealism, cinematic visuals, and maintaining consistency across characters and scenes is essential. This position demands proficiency in prompt engineering, troubleshooting AI-generated footage issues, and creative problem solving, ensuring every video asset meets high standards of quality and visual impact.

As an AI Video Creator & Editor at Kod, you will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to transform concepts into compelling video productions. You will work with cutting-edge AI models and production workflows to innovate video content creation processes. Although this role does not involve managing a team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Kod's AI-driven video capabilities by continuously exploring new technologies and refining existing workflows. The candidate must be willing to work on-site, bringing hands-on expertise and a portfolio demonstrating photorealistic AI videos, cinematic scenes, and expertly edited AI-generated footage.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality AI video assets using state-of-the-art AI video creation technologies.
• Develop and refine advanced prompts to control video elements such as motion, lighting, characters, and camera angles.
• Produce photorealistic, cinematic visuals that adhere to artistic and technical standards.
• Maintain character and scene consistency across multiple shots to ensure seamless storytelling.
• Create realistic AI-generated voiceovers and synchronize audio with video content.
• Edit and polish AI-generated footage, including upscaling, masking, color grading, and correcting visual artifacts.
• Identify and fix common AI-related issues such as morphing errors, flickering, anatomical inaccuracies, and other visual defects.
• Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished video products.
• Explore, test, and implement new AI models, tools, and production workflows to enhance video creation efficiency and quality.
• Employ professional video editing and compositing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to refine final outputs.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical challenges in AI-generated video production.
• Ensure the delivery of projects aligns with the company's standards for creativity, innovation, and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, AI technologies, and video production best practices to consistently advance skills and work quality.
