Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000/month

We are looking for an experienced IFC (Issued For Construction) Draftsman to prepare final, construction-ready drawings based on approved designs.
Key Duties:
A detail-oriented draftsman experienced in taking approved designs through to final, clash-free, construction-ready drawings, with strong coordination across design and site teams.
Location: Bahria Town Phase 08, Rawalpindi

Key Duties:
- Prepare and finalize IFC drawings from approved design and shop drawings
- Incorporate all design, structural, and MEP coordination changes into final construction drawings
- Ensure drawings reflect the latest approved revisions before issuing for construction
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and discrepancies before finalization
- Add complete dimensions, annotations, details, and specifications required for site execution
- Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision history, and version control
- Issue drawings to site teams and update records as per site feedback or approved changes
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a draftsman, specifically preparing IFC drawings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required); knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Good understanding of architectural, structural, and/or MEP drawings and coordination
- Ability to interpret approved designs, engineer's instructions, and site requirements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in finalizing drawings
- Good organizational skills for managing drawing revisions and issue logs
- Good communication and coordination skills with design and site teams
