Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients to understand and gather complete project requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project.
- Prepare project briefs, scopes, timelines, and all required documentation.
- Assign tasks to developers, designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the company’s internal project management system.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, reports, and business emails.
- Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support when required.
- Review website designs and development work before submitting them to clients.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects running smoothly.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in a digital agency).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong experience in project management and team coordination.
- Good understanding of Website Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Branding.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience writing professional proposals, reports, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good design sense and understanding of modern web standards.
- Experience working with onsite teams.
- Technical background in web development or digital marketing.
- Experience dealing directly with international clients.
