Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for Final Expense leads
  • Assist customers with policy information, qualification, and enrollment
  • Perform call closing and verification with accuracy
  • Maintain compliance standards during all interactions
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to senior clients

Requirements

  • Experience in Final Expense campaign (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in call closing and conversions
  • Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred)
  • Ability to build trust with senior customers
  • Confident and professional personality
  • Clear understanding of sales flow and compliance
