Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Applied AI Scientist to design and deploy advanced AI solutions across machine learning, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI ecosystems.

The role involves solving complex business problems through intelligent systems while ensuring responsible AI, governance, scalability, and enterprise-grade deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solution Development

• Design and deploy AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI assistants, recommendation engines, forecasting, and classification models.
• Build domain-specific knowledge bases and intelligent retrieval systems.

GenAI & Advanced AI

• Design prompts, embeddings, retrieval frameworks, and agent workflows.
• Develop and optimize RAG architectures using vector databases and retrieval engines.
• Support synthetic data generation and advanced AI experimentation.

AI Governance & MLOps

• Implement evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Platform, Security, and Data teams.
• Drive MLOps adoption and enterprise AI governance practices.
