Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

:

• Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of branch on a monthly basis.
• Supervise and follow up on the daily monitoring routine of BMs. Random calling of branches.
• Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas on a monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship deepening exercise at branches with existing customers.
• Ensure relationship deepening constantly and manage portfolio.
• Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.
• Achievement of Account Opening Targets of branch.
• Meeting the clients and maintaining follow-up record with potential customers.
• Make Strategy to achieve the allocated target of the branch.
• Follow up with branch staff for achievement of individual assigned targets.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures, extending full support to operational staff, adopting a problem-solving approach to achieving the branch’s operational goals.
• Improvement in Audit Category by improving Branch Working and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.
• Rectification of Audit irregularities pointed out with an aim to build an operational flow in branch to minimize chances of repetition of Audit irregularities in future and closure of previous Audit Reports.
• Implementation of DCFC & RCSA, its daily Updation, and its consistent review.
• Ensure opening of Accounts in Prudent manner.
• Bringing Quality to Customer Service by continuously improving existing processes.
• Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflow and improving QA Audit category.
• Implementing and monitoring TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
• Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and enquiries.
• Ensuring that the branch premises are kept clean and provide conducive banking environment.
• Appraise branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of June 19, 2026.
