Job Description
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and carry out maintenance activities for machines involved in the production process of coating and pipe plant in coordination with Manager Engineering Services.
- Assess and evaluate any electrical/electronic problems or issues and suggest improvements/modifications to enhance the reliability and efficiency of machines.
- Coordinate with QAHSE department in the implementation of QHSE policies and procedures in relation to electrical maintenance activities.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of PLCs and HMI Systems of the plant.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of AC/DC motors and their electronic drives.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of problems of electrical and electronics systems of plant (ultrasonic testing machine, fluoroscopic testing machines, X-ray machine, induction heating, PID controllers).
- Understanding of electrical drawings of control system and their troubleshooting.
