About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, courteous, and high-quality in-flight experience to all passengers
• Perform pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures in line with aviation safety standards
• Respond to passenger needs, special requests, and in-flight service with professionalism and warmth
• Support crew coordination and adhere to PIA's grooming, conduct, and service protocols
• Assist with boarding, disembarkation, and passengers requiring special assistance
• Uphold PIA's brand and values as a frontline ambassador of the airline

What We're Looking For

Eligibility

• 20–28 years at the time of application
• Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Job Location: Islamabad & Lahore (must be based in or willing to relocate to either city)

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage
• Candidates holding a valid flying/cabin crew authorization will be preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for service

Physical & Medical Standards

• Minimum height: 160 cm (F) / 168 cm (M)
• Must meet required aviation medical standards, including color-vision screening for safety-related duties
• Professional grooming and presentation required, with no visible tattoos or piercings

Character

• Clear character and antecedents (background verification required)
