Responsible for managing product costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting to
ensure accurate cost analysis and support strategic business decisions. This role monitors cost
structures, prepares management reports, and collaborates with operational teams to
optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Costing & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and maintain accurate product and project cost sheets.
- Analyze cost variances and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Monitor inventory valuation and track stock movements.
- Support pricing strategy by providing detailed cost analysis.
- Prepare periodic cost and management reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in statutory reporting and audits related to costing and inventory.
- Support implementation of internal controls over costing and reporting processes.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to understand cost drivers.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimize processes, and improve profitability.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- ACCA, CA (Finalist), or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, costing methodologies, and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel-based financial modeling.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory-heavy organizations.
- Exposure to advanced costing techniques such as standard costing, absorption costing, or ABC costing.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Knowledge of IFRS or corporate finance practices.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and working capital optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
