Job Purpose

To lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts and designs for all social and digital content, as well as contribute to the creative development process of TVCs and DVCs to drive Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). This role involves generating compelling ideas, overseeing the design and content creation process, and ensuring that all creative outputs align with NFL’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Planning Development :

  • Develop and implement innovative creative plans that align with NFL’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) approach, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Generate compelling ideas and concepts for TVCs, DVCs, social media, and digital content that engage target audiences and drive brand objectives.

Content Creation And Design Management

  • Oversee the design and production of high-quality content for all digital and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • work on the creative development process for TVCs and DVCs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful visual and audio content.

Collaboration And Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer experience, CRM, media and influencer marketing, production partnerships and finance) to ensure creative concepts support overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners (creative agencies, production houses, freelancers, digital marketing agencies, media partners, and technology vendors) to execute creative projects effectively.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and address any issues that arise during the creative development process.

Quality Assurance And Compliance

  • Ensure all creative outputs meet NFL’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to ensure all content complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Performance Measurement And Reporting

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative content and campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data, generate insights, and provide regular reports to executive leadership with recommendations for optimization.

Innovation And Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and content development.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and improve creative processes and outputs, ensuring NFL remains at the forefront of creative excellence.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the creative team.

Role Requirements

Professional Knowledge :

  • In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications (IMC) and the role of creative content in driving brand strategy.
  • Expertise in graphic design principles, visual storytelling, and multimedia production.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant applications.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp).

Technological Proficiency

  • Advanced proficiency in using design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant applications.
  • Familiarity with digital content management systems and collaboration tools.

Adaptability

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capacity to handle and adapt to changing market conditions, creative trends, and technological advancements.

  • A proactive approach to exploring new technologies, creative trends, and methods for enhancing creative output.

Portfolio Requirement

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across various media and platforms, demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and design.

Educational Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in relevant field.
