We are looking for a proactive Mid-Senior SEO Specialist who can independently execute SEO initiatives while collaborating closely with senior team members to achieve outstanding client results.
Job Summary
As a Mid-Senior SEO Specialist, you will execute and optimize SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content optimization, reporting, and collaboration with content, design, and development teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern SEO practices and is capable of managing assigned projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Research

• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
• Assist in developing content strategies and topic clusters.
• Identify SEO opportunities to improve organic visibility.
  
  

On-Page SEO

• Optimize website pages including:[ul data=1]
• Meta titles and descriptions
• Heading structure
• Internal linking
• Image optimization
• URL optimization
  
  

Implement schema markup where applicable.Ensure all pages follow SEO best practices.Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits.
• Identify crawl issues, broken links, redirects, indexing problems, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Monitor Google Search Console and recommend fixes.
• Coordinate technical implementations with developers.
  
  

Content Optimization

• Prepare SEO content briefs.
• Optimize website copy and blog content.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure keyword optimization.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve content quality while maintaining editorial standards.
  
  

Local SEO

• Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile listings.
• Manage local citations and NAP consistency.
• Support local ranking improvement strategies.
  
  

Off-Page SEO

• Assist with backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns.
• Analyze backlink profiles and identify improvement opportunities.
  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings using SEO tools.
• Monitor Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Report significant ranking or traffic fluctuations promptly.
  
  

Client & Team Collaboration

• Participate in client meetings when required.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers proactively.
  
  

Process & Documentation

• Follow all internal SEO SOPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed SEO activities.
• Update task boards and submit daily progress reports.
• Participate in weekly review and strategy meetings.
• Estimate task timelines and report progress against estimates.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Experience with:[ul data=1]
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4
• Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools
• Google Business Profile
• Screaming Frog (preferred)
  
  

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with WordPress and common CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and structured data.
