PakWheels.com is looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented Assistant Manager – Inside Sales & Operations to support and strengthen our Inside Sales function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Classifieds and senior management in driving sales growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the inside sales business.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in telesales management, team coaching, operational execution, and sales performance optimization. This position is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into senior leadership roles while contributing directly to business expansion and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading daily inside sales and telesales operations to achieve revenue and productivity targets.
- Work closely with the Head of Classifieds to execute strategic sales initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor team KPIs, sales funnels, conversion rates, and operational performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Ensure high standards of call quality, CRM compliance, and lead management practices.
- Conduct coaching sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Optimize lead allocation, follow-up processes, and conversion strategies to maximize business outcomes.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to recommend data-driven process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, BI, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness.
- Support resolution of escalated customer cases and facilitate closure of high-value opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of inside sales team members.
- Drive customer retention, upselling initiatives, and overall customer engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present operational insights and sales performance reports for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Call Center Operations, or Sales Management.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, lead management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and drive operational improvements.
- Proficiency in reporting, sales analysis, and performance management.
- Consistent achievement of team sales and operational KPIs.
- Strong ownership of daily sales performance and execution excellence.
- Effective coaching and development of inside sales team members.
- Successful execution of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Continuous improvement in conversion rates, productivity, and customer experience.
- High standards of sales quality, operational discipline, and team engagement.
