  • Plan and execute annual warehouse audit plans, including pre, post, and surprise audits.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with inventory policies and SOPs.
  • Analyze audit findings, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions.
  • Review stock variances, damaged stock, scrap management, and pre-shipment audits.
  • Supervise e-commerce dispatch verification to ensure order accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory controls and warehouse processes.
  • Lead and mentor the warehouse audit team to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in inventory audit, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and ERP/WMS knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel across different cities.
