We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Assistant Manager – IT & Office Support to ensure seamless IT operations and efficient workplace support across Pakistan.

About The Role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT services in Pakistan, partnering with local teams, global IT functions, vendors, and service providers to deliver reliable technology and office support. You will:

• Lead coordination of IT support, incidents, service requests, site-level activities and provide high-quality end-user and VIP support while ensuring business continuity
• Oversee IT procurement, budget tracking and manage IT vendors, service delivery, contracts, and escalations
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory, audits, allocation, and disposal
• Coordinate facilities management, office maintenance, onboarding support, and workplace events
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT and office support processes.
  
  

What does it take to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline
• Experience in IT support, service coordination, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tools, vendor management, procurement, and asset management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
