Assistant Manager Sales Capability

Job Purpose

To facilitate the capability development of the sales teams, sales infrastructure and sales processes in order to support the achievement of sales targets.

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Capability & Market Hygiene Manager in the development of the sales capability building agenda.
• Work closely with the front-line sales teams to identify skills development needs for the sales teams.
• Assist the Sales Capability & Market Hygiene Manager in the design and development of customized training modules and training solutions to suit the specific and generic needs of the sales force.
• Work with 3rd party training providers and the HR department to execute training programs for the sales teams.
• Manage the logistics and other arrangements to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Ensure meeting rooms are booked and communication is sent out for Sales and Operations meetings.
• Assist in the development of Order Booker incentive programs.
• Assist in the development and execution of talent induction & development materials for front line field force – Order Bookers.
• Collaborate with Route to Market (RTM) team to assist in the development of training programs for front line field force in order to optimise the achievement of KPIs.
• Assist the RTM team in maintaining market hygiene.
  
  

Background Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: : 3 - 4 years relevant experience preferred.
