Assistant Manager Tax
To ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws, support tax reporting and audits, provide tax advisory support to business functions, and minimize tax risks while identifying opportunities for efficiency and value creation.

To ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws, support tax reporting and audits, provide tax advisory support to business functions, and minimize tax risks while identifying opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of withholding tax, sales tax, and provincial tax returns.
- Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assisting tax audits, assessments, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Review contracts and business transactions for tax implications and compliance.
- Provide tax guidance to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Commercial, and other business teams.
- Support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and intercompany transaction reviews.
- Identify tax risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- CA (Finalist), MBA, ACCA or ICMA (Qualified/part qualified).
- 2–5 years of relevant tax experience in a firm or industry
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan direct and indirect tax laws.
- Tax compliance and reporting
- Tax audit and assessment management
- Tax accounting and financial reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills * Stakeholder management and business partnering
- SAP/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and project management skills
