Deverland seeks a dynamic and engaging Live Stream Sales Host to join our team. This role requires exceptional fluency in English and the ability to connect naturally with a UK-based audience through live sales presentations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sales skills, deep knowledge of clothing brands and vintage fashion trends, and the charisma to sustain energetic on-camera performances during live broadcasts. Additionally, this role involves managing backend operations such as sales accounting, inventory tracking, and financial reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the fashion or live streaming sectors, and will lead a small team of one direct report. This position demands a combination of excellent communication skills, proficiency in data and financial management software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and a passion for engaging customers and driving sales. As a critical member of Deverland, you will contribute to creating a vibrant shopping experience that highlights clothing and fashion products with enthusiasm and expertise.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct live stream sales sessions targeting the UK market, engaging viewers with charismatic and confident product presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge of clothing brands such as Carhartt, Ralph Lauren, Levi\'s, and an understanding of vintage fashion trends to effectively showcase and promote merchandise.
• Drive sales momentum by maintaining high energy levels and enthusiasm throughout live broadcasts to create excitement and encourage purchases.
• Manage backend operations including sales accounting, accurate inventory tracking, and financial reconciliations using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the small team under your management, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of live sales events and operational tasks.
• Continuously analyze sales data and customer feedback during live sessions to refine sales techniques and improve overall performance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with international customers during live streams, ensuring an inclusive and engaging shopping experience.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to live session sales and inventory movements to facilitate transparent business operations.
• Coordinate with product sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of merchandise for live events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product features during live streams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during live broadcasts and backend processes.
