Details

Translation Empire PK is looking for a proactive and agile Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage large teams effectively. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a strong leader, and a problem solver who can adapt to evolving business dynamics while ensuring smooth execution of departmental processes.

This role requires an experienced professional capable of managing 50–60 staff members, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving team performance through strategic planning and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a department of 50–60 people.
  • Execute departmental operations efficiently within available resources.
  • Handle leave and shift scheduling for team members.
  • Enable resources and streamline processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve customer service standards using recognized benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular staff development and progress meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion of ongoing projects with consistent follow-up.
  • Build and sustain a performance-driven team culture.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Review KPIs regularly and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct training need analysis and develop staff for higher-level roles.
  • Continuously enhance operations and contribute to business development.
  • Create and improve processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience managing diverse teams and departments.
  • Industry Exposure: International recruitment, customer support, business operations, call center, or project management.

    • Leadership and team management
    • Process creation and optimization
    • Project management and situation handling
    • Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
    • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
    • Time management, adaptability, and proactive work approach
