Associate - Accounts & Finance

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and reconciliation.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
