Job Summary

This position is responsible to assist Country Head, Conduct Financial Crime Compliance to manage the administrative activities, analysis and trackers for all reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination with the central bank
  • Coordination with country & regional stakeholders for Conduct Financial Crime Compliance (CFCC) reporting
  • Administrative / Logistics / Cost management
  • Tracking of Production orders
  • Manage regulator complaints
  • Stakeholder Coordination with varous sections of the Bank
  • To monitor, update and share trackers.
  • Trackers of regulatory correspondence made through letters / emails. Filing of letters.
  • Keep up to date records for relveant trackers.
  • Share the Management information systems (Mls) with relevant business stakeholders and CFCC colleagues
  • To ensure adherence with Managing and Implementing Regulatory Change Process and other Compliance owned processes.
  • To track the not implemented regulations
  • To track the overdue regulaotry commitments
