Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the Bank's strategic objectives and provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire New to Bank Priority Qualified Clients
  • Provide service to the clients from the assigned portfolio such as dormancy removal, service requests etc
  • Cross-sell products to the clients post clients need identification
  • Increase Wealth Management Penetration in the assigned portfolio by adding New to Wealth Clients
  • Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions
  • Consume and convert the assigned leads
  • Maintain Client Contact as per prescribed contact guidelines
  • Implement Client Journey interventions for Priority
  • Conduct Periodic Risk Review of the Clients from the portfolio
  • Update Know Your Customer of the Clients from the portfolio as and when needed
  • Follow the internal processes for Wealth Management & Assets Product bookings
