Our client Plastech Autosafe is looking for a Quality Control Manager - Automotive Industry in Karachi

Plastech Autosafe is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager Quality to lead and enhance our quality control operations within the automotive industry. This role requires a proactive professional with a minimum of four years of experience in automotive quality management. The successful candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and preferably an MBA, demonstrating both technical expertise and managerial capabilities. The Deputy Manager Quality is responsible for devising, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure the highest levels of product excellence. This position requires hands-on experience with SQAM methodologies, including MQC, FMEA, and PFC for automotive parts, along with managing quality compliance aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22001.

Responsibilities

• Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standard
• Hands on experience of developing/implementing of SQAM, including MQC, FMEA, PFC of automotive parts.
• Handling of customer complain, internal complains and its management.
• Lead compliance requirement of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22001.
• Lead Customer and external audits, monitor and follow-up for the closure of countermeasures.
