Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the auto refinishing industry.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Present and demonstrate auto refinishing paint products to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and sales contracts to meet company sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strategize sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers when needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto refinishing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with auto refinishing paint products and their application.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of customer service and sales best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Capable of handling multiple accounts and managing time efficiently.
- Must be detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

- On-site, full-time position with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Collaborative environment with regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
