IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business IT Analyst to manage and support enterprise applications for Trade Promotion Management (TPM), distributor claims reimbursement, distributor ROI evaluation, trading plans, and Distribution Management. The role bridges business and IT, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs while driving process improvements, supporting enhancements, and enabling efficient distributor operations.Your responsibilities include:•Act as a primary contact between IT, commercial finance and trade team and outside vendors.•Responsible for the development and implementation of solutions for Commercials to ensure successful rollouts across the organization.•Develop solution concepts and business cases for new projects.•Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed. •Develop and implement Rollout Plans, proactively anticipate fit gaps and overlaps within the provided solution.•Responsible for post go-live support and creating a positive impact on the customers.•Possess strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business.•Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements.•Design applications and architectures to improve quality, flexibility, and efficiency and ensure compatibility with FC standards.•Design develop and train end users for all applications and deliver workshops.Solution Management •Understand business requirements and provide the best solution as per the system potential and deliver solutions to address the business needs.•Provide highly valued consulting level support on Business New Initiatives.•Ensuring 24x7 uptime of the business applications.•Analyze and resolve complex system issues working independently and, with business and technical partners.•Ensure strong alignment between the requirements of the business and the effective service delivery.•Responsible for creating reports for the business and management to have a bird’s eye view on the trendsStakeholder Management and Communication •Build collaborative relationship, drive alignment and communicate effectively via management reporting and meetings.•Communicate effectively and in a timely manner during product release and incidents.•Developing and managing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.For thousands of people every day, we are more than just a dairy company.
