Job Overview
Maserati of the Main Line, a premier luxury dealership serving the greater Philadelphia area, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Automotive CRM Specialist to join our high-performing team. We are committed to delivering a world-class ownership experience, and this role is crucial in managing and leveraging our customer relationship data to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. This is a Full-Time, fully Remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $35 USD per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email, and automated customer journeys to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Analyse CRM data to generate reports and provide actionable insights to sales and service departments on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and lead management.
• Segment customer databases for personalised communication and marketing initiatives.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on CRM software usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the lead generation and sales funnel processes.
• Troubleshoot any CRM system issues and act as the main point of contact with software providers.
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy and protection regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a CRM management role, ideally within the automotive or luxury retail sector.
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
