Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email, and automated customer journeys to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Analyse CRM data to generate reports and provide actionable insights to sales and service departments on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and lead management.
- Segment customer databases for personalised communication and marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on CRM software usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the lead generation and sales funnel processes.
- Troubleshoot any CRM system issues and act as the main point of contact with software providers.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy and protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a CRM management role, ideally within the automotive or luxury retail sector.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- A passion for the automotive industry and luxury brands is highly desirable.
