Business Development Executive
Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Business Development Executive):
 Plan and execute market expansion strategies to drive retail growth in assigned regions.
 Identify, approach, and onboard key merchants, partners, and high-value customers.
 Supervise and guide Business Development Officers (BDOs) in daily field activities.
 Monitor lead generation, conversions, and overall team performance.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key stakeholders.
 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to suggest
improvements.
 Ensure effective execution of kiosk activities, campaigns, and on-ground activations.
 Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams for seamless execution.
 Review daily and weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
 Provide training, support, and motivation to the field team.
 Handle escalations and resolve customer or merchant concerns efficiently.
 Share strategic feedback and recommendations with management for business growth.
