Document Controller Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Managed full document control operations including preparation, indexing, distribution, and archiving of project documents.
• Maintained engineers' movement records and coordinated meeting minutes.
• Developed and maintained an efficient document control filing system for all project documents.
• Performed data entry, document printing, scanning, and filing duties.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have good writing skills
• Should be good in Document handling and understanding as to which department does the document relates to.
• Should be able to record all incoming and outgoing emails.
• Should be fully conversant with MS Outlook.
• Familiarity with Engineering Consultancy works would be an added advantage. Preferably if he has handled documents for projects related to Power Sector.
• Should be capable of working under pressure

Required Skills & Education:

• DAE/Bachelors (in any disipline)
• Proficient on MS Excel
• Familiarity in QMIS/EDMS systems & AutoCAD
