BI Developer

We need a BI Developer to build dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases to turn raw data into executive-level insights.

Description

catalase.ai is an AI consultancy that builds production AI systems for enterprise clients. Not decks, not demos. We ship real products that our clients use every day to automate workflows, surface insights, and move faster.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop Tableau dashboards connected to enterprise databases
  • Write complex SQL queries across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows
  • Create Streamlit-based interactive data apps and reports
  • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and translate business questions into data models

What We're Looking For

  • Expert-level SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning)
  • Tableau Desktop proficiency: calculated fields, LOD expressions, dashboard design
  • Experience with at least 2 of: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
  • Understanding of data modelling and star/snowflake schemas
  • Ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Python for data automation (pandas, DuckDB, Parquet)
  • Power BI as a secondary tool
  • Experience with SSRS or SSIS
