Responsibilities



  • Craft compelling bids tailored to each project's requirements and client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and projects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather project details and provide relevant information about our services.
  • Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables, to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to securing new projects and expanding our client base on Upwork.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder in the design industry, with a successful track record of securing high-value projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate our services effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
