Askari Family Takaful is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our innovative blockchain project team. In this role, you will take ownership of building the marketing and business ecosystem from the ground up. You will work independently to plan outreach strategies, identify and engage strategic partners, and drive growth within the rapidly evolving blockchain, Web3, and crypto spaces. This position requires a self-driven, creative individual with strong business acumen and a basic to good understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto communities. You will be managing a small team of one person and directly contribute to establishing the companys market presence effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.

The role demands executing end-to-end business and marketing strategies, fostering relationships with partners, investors, and clients, and spearheading community engagement channels. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with a passion and clear understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies independently to support the blockchain projects growth objectives.
• Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners, investors, and clients to create a strong business network and foster long-term collaborations.
• Design and manage outreach campaigns focused on community building, stakeholder engagement, and brand visibility in the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Lead the setup and expansion of the business ecosystem, including market research, competitor analysis, and market entry tactics that align with company goals.
• Manage and coordinate a small team of one member to support business development activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Continuously analyze market trends and blockchain innovations to adapt and upscale marketing strategies for sustained business growth.
• Take ownership of the entire marketing funnel from ideation, execution, monitoring, and optimization to maximize impact and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with technological advancements and company vision.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to build trust and transparency.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging trends in blockchain and crypto industries to ensure compliant and competitive operations.
