Our client Khushali Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Muridke, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve branch objectives and enhance profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant compliance regulations and internal policies.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, actively seeking feedback and resolving issues to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze branch performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align branch strategies with overall organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a management or leadership role.
Education
- Master's degree in any of the following: Arts (MA), Marketing, Management, Mathematics, Public Administration, Commerce (M.Com), Economics, Political Science, Sociology, or Computer Science.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Arts (BA), Marketing, Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), or Banking and Finance.
Skills
- Proven ability in business planning and strategic execution.
- Exceptional customer service and customer-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements within a relevant industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing and developing staff performance.
- Competency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Additional certifications relevant to management, finance, or marketing.
- Experience in a similar industry or operational environment.
