The Contracts Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the contract management of customer, supplier, and partner agreements throughout their lifecycle, within the legal and compliance framework of Pakistan business environment. The role provides contract review, , risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and contractual support to business development, bid management, project delivery, finance, and legal stakeholders. The position ensures that contractual obligations, risks, and commercial considerations are properly identified, documented, communicated, and managed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Your tasks

  • Contract Review & Negotiations
  • Review customer RFQs, RFPs, tenders, contracts, amendments, purchase orders, and related commercial documentation.
  • Support the identification of contractual, commercial, financial, and operational risks within customer and supplier agreements.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual documents including o Customer contracts o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) o Teaming Agreements o Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) o Subcontract Agreements o Service Agreements o Framework Agreements o Consultancy Agreements
  • Ensure contracts are properly executed, recorded, and archived within company systems.
  • Maintain contract databases, trackers, and document repositories.
  • Contractual Bid & Proposal Support
  • Support bid teams during tender preparation by reviewing contractual requirements and identifying deviations from company standards.
  • Assist in preparing contractual exceptions, qualifications, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with business development, finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure contractual requirements are properly addressed within proposals.
  • Participate in bid review meetings and provide contractual input as required.
  • Contract Execution & Compliance
  • Monitor contractual milestones, deliverables, obligations, warranties, and key commercial commitments.
  • Support project teams in understanding contractual requirements and responsibilities.
  • Track customer and supplier obligations to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Assist in managing contract amendments, variations, extensions, and change requests.
  • Maintain records of contractual correspondence and formal communications.
  • Risk Management
  • Conduct preliminary contract risk assessments and escalate significant risks to the Regional Legal and Contracts Team
  • Assist in maintaining contract risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Monitor exposure relating to o Payment terms o Liquidated damages o Performance guarantees o Warranty obligations o Intellectual property rights o Confidentiality requirements o Liability provisions
  • Ensure identified risks are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Claims & Dispute Support
  • Support the preparation of contractual notices, claims, responses, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist project teams in gathering records and evidence required for contractual claims.
  • Monitor claim timelines and notification requirements to preserve contractual rights.
  • Maintain records related to disputes, claims, and commercial correspondence.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments including o Sales Management o Bid Management o Project Management o Finance o Procurement o Operations
  • Support interactions with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners on contractual matters.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of contractual and commercial issues.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks, claims, amendments, and compliance matters.
  • Support the development and improvement of contract management processes, templates, and procedures.
  • Contribute to commercial awareness and contractual best-practice initiatives across the business.

Your Qualifications


  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Labour or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Contract Management, Commercial Management would be an advantage.
  • Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in contract management, legal support, bid management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, engineering, technology, or project-based organizations is preferred.
  • Experience reviewing and administering customer and supplier contracts.
  • Familiarity with public procurement and tendering processes is advantageous.
