  • Identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard Lifestyle (General Merchandise) category brands across Pakistan.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand the platform's brand portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver persuasive, insight-driven sales pitches supported by market data, business metrics, and commercial analysis.
  • Use analytical reasoning and quantitative evidence to clearly demonstrate the growth potential and business value of partnering with the platform.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and timely launch for new brands.
  • Manage and grow brand relationships post-onboarding to maximize assortment, availability, and business performance.
  • Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and untapped opportunities to expand the Lifestyle (General Merchandise) category offering.
  • Think beyond existing categories by conceptualizing and building new categories from scratch based on customer demand, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Identify supply gaps and work closely with brands to curate the right assortment that strengthens the platform's selection and improves the customer experience.
  • Analyze assortment performance and recommend opportunities to optimize product mix, pricing, and category growth.
  • Collaborate with Category, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to successfully launch and scale brands.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition performance, onboarding KPIs, category growth, and account health.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand acquisition, brand onboarding, and business development
  • Hands-on experience working with brands in Pakistan.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and business metrics to build compelling business cases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring brands, building new categories, expanding assortments, and achieving commercial growth targets.
