- Manage calls, emails, and queries efficiently, maintaining a well-organized and presentable reception area.
- Welcome new members, guide them through orientation, and introduce them to Daftarkhwan’s services and culture.
- Handle scheduling, bookings, and general inquiries, ensuring effective communication between teams and members.
- Assist in coordinating community events and activities that enhance engagement and promote networking opportunities.
- Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the workspace, coordinating with the relevant teams to address any issues.
About you

- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as front desk operations, hospitality, or community management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle situations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Enthusiastic about fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong relationship-building abilities.
