FaisalTown Group is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of three years of experience to lead and manage the maintenance operations of our building infrastructure and equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in preventive maintenance and repair activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The Building Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot system faults, and ensure all building operations run smoothly to maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment. Managing a team of two maintenance personnel, the supervisor coordinates assignments, provides technical guidance, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment management. They will demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining generators, pumps, motors, and electrical panels, as well as expertise in basic civil maintenance tasks like masonry, painting, and carpentry. The supervisor's role is critical in preventing equipment downtime through condition monitoring and timely repairs while maintaining thorough documentation of maintenance activities. A practical, hands-on approach paired with effective team leadership will ensure the building infrastructure remains reliable and functional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team of two personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely and effective completion of all maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, generators, lighting, mechanical systems, and building infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems including distribution boards, wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and power distribution panels.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems involving water supply lines, drainage, sewerage systems, pumps, and sanitary fittings to ensure efficient water flow and sanitation.
• Oversee the operation and servicing of HVAC systems including split air conditioners, package units, ventilation units, and exhaust systems to maintain indoor air quality and comfort.
• Manage the operation and routine maintenance of diesel generators, automatic transfer switch panels, water pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment to guarantee uninterrupted power supply and mechanical efficiency.
• Conduct basic civil maintenance tasks such as masonry repairs, painting, tiling, waterproofing, and carpentry to preserve structural integrity and aesthetics of the building.
• Utilize electrical and mechanical testing instruments and maintenance tools effectively to diagnose issues, measure system performance, and ensure quality repair work.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety policies and procedures during all maintenance activities to protect personnel and property from hazards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance reports to support operational planning and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers when necessary to procure parts and services required for maintenance and repairs.
• Continuously monitor building systems and equipment condition to anticipate potential problems and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members to develop their technical skills and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
