Assistant Manager, Compliance and Quality Assurance

Our client Kohinoor Textile Mills is seeking n Assistant Manager, Compliance and Quality Assurance. This is a permanent, onsite opportunity to play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our organizational standards. You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and driving quality initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct regular internal audits and compliance checks to identify potential risks and non-compliance issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other critical documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with current regulations and best practices.
• Analyze data from quality control processes and audit findings to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Manage and maintain all compliance-related documentation, ensuring it is organized, accessible, and readily available for internal and external reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in compliance and quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• OR Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• OR Master of Science (MS) in Environmental Engineering.

Skills

• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies and Compliance Auditing.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs and Risk Management principles.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent Documentation Review and Data Analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail skills.
• Effective Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management abilities.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Process Improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Audit Software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Regulatory Affairs Professional (CRAP).
• Fluency in English.
