We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our lead generation teams through real-time analysis, data management, and strategic reporting. This role bridges operations and decision-making by delivering timely insights, maintaining robust business reports, and leveraging modern automation tools to drive measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead generation teams daily to understand business needs and identify performance gaps.
- Provide real-time business analysis to support effective and timely decision-making across functions.
- Maintain and manage historical business data with accuracy, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business reports to reflect current operational realities.
- Build new, insightful reports aligned with evolving business requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a business analysis, reporting, or operations role.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for translating data into actionable business insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with CRM or lead management platforms is a plus
