As a Business Development Executive at Markaz.pk, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with real estate agencies. You’ll visit potential clients, understand their business needs, and deliver compelling demonstrations of our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Visit real estate agencies to identify potential partnerships and gather client requirements.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations of the Markaz.pk portal tailored to client needs.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and company presentations.
- Handle client objections and provide practical solutions to meet their business goals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects, ensuring all materials and data are ready in advance.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, meetings, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within assigned timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales deals.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in face-to-face interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
