Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT services industry
- Proven track record with measurable results in lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, job platforms, cold emailing, and cold calling
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and outreach automation
- Experience building lead generation funnels from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of software development technologies to confidently represent technical services
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for sales, marketing, and business growth
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Own business growth strategy and execution from prospecting to closing
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, outbound campaigns, cold calling, and job platforms
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels and outreach strategies
- Represent and sell the company's software development services, AI solutions, products, and staffing resources
- Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Handle objections, follow up with prospects, and close new business opportunities
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve lead generation and sales efficiency
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide weekly reports on growth metrics, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities
