Our client Cargo Solution Services is hiring a Business Development Executive in Karachi.

Description:
The Assistant Manager, Sales plays a crucial role in supporting the sales function by executing strategies that boost customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks, maintain a customer-centric approach, and adapt to the fast-paced logistics industry. The candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities at an operational level and be confident in using technology tools to streamline processes. Strong interpersonal skills enable effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. This position is key to maintaining Cargo Solution Services' competitive edge by delivering results in a challenging market environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on thorough market analysis and customer insights within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing to achieve individual and team sales targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and professional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations and marketing to coordinate activities and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining company interests and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Support the training and development of junior sales staff by sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to continuously improve sales strategies and team performance.

Age bracket: 22 to 35 Years
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 to PKR 65,000
Any conveyance allowance: Yes (Included in salary package)
Petrol allowance: Yes (Included in salary package)
Any car policy or bike policy: N/A (Possible in future depending on Sales worth)
Commission: Yes – 30% above the target
Sale Target: Yes – 2.5 times of monthly salary
Location: Karachi only
