  • Proven track record of winning projects through Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident in communicating with international clients and understanding business requirements.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to focus on long-term business growth beyond bidding.
  • Good understanding of branding, design, web development, or digital services.
  • Ability to take ownership of targets and consistently achieve measurable results.
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-quality projects that align with the company's services.
  • Write personalized and persuasive proposals that stand out from the competition.
  • Communicate with prospective clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand client requirements and project objectives.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to secure new business.
  • Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile to improve visibility and increase the project win rate.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a smooth handover of projects after successful sales.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to support and expand the company's business development efforts.
