We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for our HRMS, HRIS, ATS, and CRM solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, prospecting, and inbound inquiries.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and forecast revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in B2B software sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research, sales strategy development, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep understanding of competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability in partnership building and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) or Sales Management Certification.
  • Fluency in English is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling HR technology solutions (HRMS, HRIS, ATS, CRM) or recruitment software.
