About the role:
We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the B2B SaaS market. You'll own the end-to-end sales process, uncover new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Research the target industries, identify the key decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound outreach, including cold email and LinkedIn.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to technical scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Develop and execute market entry strategies, create business development plans, and align sales initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and existing customers to drive business growth.
Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
Monitor key sales metrics, including meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline performance, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or agency outsourcing sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations, conduct client meetings, and craft customized business proposals.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
A proactive, strategic, and results-oriented sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, resilience in handling rejection, and a proven ability to negotiate effectively and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
