We are looking for a React JS Developer (1–3 years' experience) who is passionate about building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and front-end development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
General Overview Of Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem and frontend development trends.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or npm/yarn.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
