- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting the Real Estate sector to drive company growth.
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong professional relationships with property owners, developers, builders, investors, corporate clients, and other key real estate professionals.
- Lead and manage a team of five professionals to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize team performance.
- Conduct strategic business meetings with directors, decision-makers, and market influencers to promote company services and secure business deals.
- Generate new business leads through targeted networking, market research, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen the companys professional presence and brand recognition within the real estate industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and corporate meetings to build brand awareness and foster business relationships.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with organizational objectives and enhance market position.
- Manage customer relationship management systems to track leads, client interactions, and business development activities effectively.
- Monitor sales analytics and pipeline management tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
