- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring the delivery of services and value.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance customer experience and client retention strategies.
- Operational effectiveness and excellence in delivery, timelines, and always-on launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to senior management teams.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth across the group.
