Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Cloud Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS or Azure, along with strong system administration, troubleshooting, and security knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and security resources

  • Provision and administer virtual machines, storage accounts, and cloud services

  • Monitor cloud resources to ensure high availability, performance, and uptime

  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues

  • Configure and manage networking components such as VPC/VNet, VPN, Load Balancers, DNS, and firewalls

  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and patch management procedures

  • Manage user permissions, IAM policies, and access controls

  • Perform system updates, upgrades, and security hardening

  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams

  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of cloud administration / system administration experience

  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (at least one required)

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration

  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts

  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog

  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash / Python)

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of Terraform or Ansible

  • Familiarity with Docker

  • Cloud certification (AWS SysOps / Azure Administrator AZ-104)
