As a Business Transformation Consultant in the banking sector, you will specialize in guiding financial institutions through strategic business transformation. Your primary focus will be on optimizing banking operations, including core banking back-office transformations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Optimize Banking Operations: Deliver expert guidance to financial institutions on transforming their core banking back-office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation.
• Support Third-Party Integrations: Implement integrations with third-party services, to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations for clients.
• Analyze Business Processes: Perform analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Deliver Client Solutions: Support clients in implementing solutions that meet their business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Exposure to Banking Operations: Familiarity with core banking back-office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation.
• Understanding of Financial Services Industry: Knowledge of the financial services industry, including its processes and challenges, to consult and support clients in implementing transformative strategies.
• Experience with Third-Party Integrations: Exposure to integrating third-party services, such as Alipay, to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
• Business Process Analysis: Experience analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Core Banking Systems Knowledge: Exposure to core banking systems, including lending, settlements, and compliance, to support transformative strategies in financial institutions.
• Financial Services Industry Insights: Understanding of financial services industry trends and challenges to inform business transformation consulting.
