Our client Asquare Global is hiring a Call Center Closer in Lahore.
Shift: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced and motivated Call Center Closers to join our USA & Canada Campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the confidence to convert interested customers into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Present products and services while handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Ensure every customer interaction meets company quality standards and policies.
- Build customer trust and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center sales/closing role
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
